To be honest, this is different for everyone and really depends on your type of business. The major social media outlets consist of: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, YouTube and TikTok.
Rather than trying to succeed on all platforms, we recommend focusing on 2 or 3.

When sending a project to print, you want to ensure the file format is acceptable, it contains a bleed, takes a safe zone into consideration and is in the right color profile.
For a detailed example on how to set your file up for print, read this blog post here.
File Formats: We accept all file formats, however to ensure a high quality print, we recommend formats such as PDF, AI, PSD, EPS, IND and TIFF.
If you only have a document that is an image format, such as JPEG or PNG, that is a high resolution (300 DPI at the size you want printed), these files will work as well.
Bleed: If you want your artwork, photo or design to be extended to the edges of the paper, you need to include a .125″ area (bleed) around the project.
For example, if you want a 5×7 invitation, the file submitted should be 5.25×7.25 which includes the bleed.
Safe Zone: The safe zone ensures none of the important information on your project gets cut off. Please create a .125″ safe zone within your document, never extend text to the edges of the project, unless it is part of the design.
Color Profile: Your print files should be in a CMYK color profile as that is the ink used in the printers. If you submit a project in a RGB color profile, the printed piece will look different and not as expected.
A bleed in printing is used when your photo, design or artwork extends to the edges of the paper.
The easiest way to explain a bleed is that it is an extra inch or so added to your project to ensure you will not see any white lines or areas around your prints when they are cut to their final size. Typically, bleeds range anywhere from .125 inches to .5 inches, depending on the type of project and the printer you are working with.
At Tepsi, we use a .125” bleed. This means if you are creating a postcard that you want to be 5×7 once printed, the file submitted needs to be 5.25×7.25. This file size reflects a .125” bleed on each side of your postcard.
When do you need a bleed? We highly recommend adding a bleed to all of your projects.
Each search engine uses its own method to rank pages, and they are constantly changing these methods in order to get more relevant content to users. This means that there are no concrete things that will get you a high ranking on a search engine, but there are a number of things we know help:
Quality Content: It’s important to make sure your website is equipped with quality, well researched and useful content. This should be your top priority when it comes to SEO, as if you have poor, or malicious content, your rankings will suffer.
Quality Metadata: Keywords, Titles and Descriptions on both pages and images can influence how users interact with your page when they are scanning through search results, and result in more visits to your website.
The Competition: If your website is unique, it will rank much higher than highly competitive areas such as household service providers (Handymen, HVAC repair, Locksmiths, ect.). It’s all about the battle.
User Activity: The longer people stay on your website, the higher you will rank.
“Caching” is a term for saving resources from a website locally on your phone, tablet or computer. Most web-browsers do this automatically so that repeat visits to websites can load even faster.
Functionally, this means that your visitors will get to your content faster than without it, but it also means that they will use less Data if they are on a metered internet connection. However, if you are making changes to your website, this can mean that the changes will not show up for all users immediately.
If you need to clear your cache, most Windows browsers will allow you to do it on a page by page basis by pressing [CTRL] + [F5], Apple Safari, and most other browsers for Mac will do the same with [Option] + [⌘] + [E]

Stock photography is great, if used correctly. But to make a connection with your audience by building a personality around your company, we recommend hiring a photographer to take high quality, and professional, images of your company.
Another reason why you may want to steer clear of stock photography is the fact that anyone can use the same photo you this is perfect for your marketing piece. Stock photography should be limited to generic marketing pieces so you can represent your brand with unique and more personal photos.
Video is QUEEN.
In the last few years, user habits on the internet have changed dramatically. The vast majority of consumers prefer to engage with content they can watch instead of content they have to read. A large part of that video content is watched on social media sites like Facebook, YouTube and Instagram.
Videos benefit your business by attracting leads, giving personality to your brand and showcasing those that make your company who it is. Think of it like this… consumers are more likely to make a connection with your company if they see and hear a person, rather than reading a blog post or seeing a generic post on social media.

Internet marketing is full of acronyms, but SEO and SEM are two of the most common.
SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization, and is the process of ensuring that your website is doing everything it can to ensure that it is easily searchable and understandable by search engines like Google, Bing, and Yahoo. Websites that do this will come up higher in search results than websites that don’t.
SEM stands for Search Engine Marketing, and is the process of purchasing paid ads through search engines. These ads are frequently targeted by keyword, region and more general demographic data.
Both are very important, but SEO is something that should always be done if you want your website to display in searches. SEM is a process that may or may not be considered based on your marketing goals and dollars.
