April Fool’s. The perfect excuse to let out your inner prankster on your coworkers, friends or family. And it’s right around the corner. Here are five tricks to make this the best, or most irritating, April Fool’s ever.
A Drizzly Mess
Create this bobby trap for an unsuspecting family member reaching into the fridge. Take a plastic water bottle, hold it over the sink and poke holes into it with a needle. Some excess water will spill out, so just wipe it away and place the water bottle in the fridge for its victim to pick up. Once pressure from picking up the water bottle up is applied and the bottle is opened, water will spill all over everything.
If you know your friend or family member’s password to their phone, screenshot their home screen, drag all of their icons to the right onto another screen, then set the screenshot as the background on their phone. Sit back and watch as they try to tap the apps on their home screen and get frustrated when nothing happens.
A Loud Surprise
This prank is not for the faint of heart. The supplies for this prank are minimal. All you need are an air horn and duct tape. Simply tape the air horn positioned to the door, so that when it is opened, the airhorn will immediately go off and your favorite co-worker will pee their pants. For an added bonus, set up a secret camera to record and watch the scene unfold over and over again later.
Color Changing Water
Freak the next person using the sink out by making the water run a different color. Simply, dip a Q-tip into a brightly colored food dye, then use it to put the dye around the inside of the faucet. If you want to weird them out even more, use red since it makes the running water look bloody.
The Big Mix
If your office is pro-candy and you’re pro-messing up your coworkers’ days, try this last prank. All you need is a bag of M&M’s, a bag of Skittles and a bag of Reese’s Pieces. Pour all three bags into one candy dish, mix it together, and sit back and watch as you start to lose your colleagues’ trust by each handful.
